As you begin your event planning process, you’ll be connected with one of our sales account managers who will learn about your event and overall goals. From there, our team creates your proposal, quote, 3-D vector drawings (if applicable), and then presents the vision/design that we’ve custom created for you.
There are several ROCKstars who assist in the planning process of your event. This might include creating floorplans, completing timelines, scripting, etc.
Custom graphics and design concepts are created or we partner with your internal branding/marketing department to ensure we match your style guide.
Our onsite execution team consists of Project Managers, Audio Engineers, Video Directors, Lighting Designers, and several other experienced ROCKstars who provide knowledge to bring your event to life.
